The only thing I can find wrong with this are the Sudoku puzzles, I had to use a walkthrough to solve them. HOWEVER, if you liked to be scared then this will be the perfect game for you, I know of some 30 year olds who screamed while playing this game. (Or if you do not like being terrified out of your seat.)

If you are below 12 or 13 years of age I do not recommend this game. This game is rated by many as the most terrifying Nancy Drew game ever.they weren't exaggerating! THIS SCARED ME SOOOOO MUCH!!!!! IT WAS TOTALLY AWESOME! The quality is epic, the graphics are great, and the scariness turned up to a ten!!!!! It has the option to not grade the homework for the students that she's teaching, but that doesn't take anything from the game. Overall, this is one of my favorite games in the series., if not the favorite. They do help Nancy with the mystery when they can, though Bess would love to avoid it and the ryokan altogether. The most you see of those two are pictures sent to Nancy's phone from another character and phone calls.

It is a fun game to play, and you get to learn more about Japan as you go.īess and George are also in Japan for a technology expo, but Nancy was unable to get a ticket in time and cannot enter the event. Add in some bonus points for spook factor, especially in two separate instances, and this game is wonderful. Over time, Nancy learns the truth of the Shimizu family's tragedy and the events surrounding the haunting of the ryokan. From there, Nancy is determined to solve the mystery. Almost immediately, as soon as she approaches the desk, it's made clear that she isn't welcome. She is also there as a student teacher, I believe, to help teach kids English. Nancy's Haunted Japan "Vacation"! Nancy, as a reward, was booked for a vacation at the Ryokan Hiei in Misawa, Japan.
